ABOUT

I’m an aspiring UX Designer with a background in Psychology and a deep curiosity for how people think, feel, and interact with the world around them. I’m especially passionate about designing experiences that are not just usable but accessible, inclusive, and equitable for everyone. As a special needs parent, accessibility isn’t just a design principle for me, it’s personal. It shapes how I approach problems, advocate for users, and create solutions that reflect real-life needs, not just ideal scenarios.

Before transitioning into UX, I worked as a case manager and special education teacher. In that role, I supported individuals with diverse learning needs, developed individualized plans, and collaborated closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. That experience strengthened my empathy, adaptability, and ability to break down complex challenges into thoughtful, human-centered solutions all of which are skills that translate directly into my design work today.

I’ve been actively building my UX skillset through certification programs and hands-on projects, including research, ideation, and design. I’ve also explored user research within the gaming space, including playtest research, where I’ve engaged and participated with researchers. As a longtime gamer, I’m especially interested in how design choices impact immersion, accessibility, and the overall player experience.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me gaming, reading, or taking care of my ever-growing collection of plants, and hopelessly refraining myself from adopting more pets.

At the core of everything I do is a simple goal: to create thoughtful, inclusive experiences that make people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
